Regina Miracle’s First Plant in Vietnam Officially Commences Operation

A Milestone Symbolizes its Overseas Development

(Hong Kong, 18 March 2016) Leading global intimate wear innovative design manufacturer (“IDM”) and the industry’s number one bra manufacturing company globally1, Regina Miracle International (Holdings) Limited (“Regina Miracle” or the “Group”) (stock code: 2199) held a grand opening ceremony on 17 March 2016 for the official commencement of its first plant in the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (“VSIP”) in Hai Phong City, Vietnam, marking a milestone in the Group’s overseas development.

The first plant the Group officially opened in VSIP, Vietnam on 17 March has a gross floor area (“GFA”) of approximately 174,000 square meters, mainly to manufacture bra and intimate wear products. With the plant in full operation, the planned annual capacity could reach approximately 46 million units. Its commencement of operation will significantly increase the production capacity of the Group, enabling it to capture numerous growth opportunities and seize greater market share.

One of Regina Miracle’s most important plans is to expand its production capacity in Vietnam. Apart from the first plant just opened , the Group is also planning to develop three more plants in Vietnam. Amongst all, the construction work of the second facility, which is also located in VSIP, Vietnam with GFA of approximately 159,000 square meters, will be completed and it is expected to commence operation by the third quarter of this year as scheduled. The third and fourth facilities are well under-planning and are expected to commence operation by the end of 2017 and 2018 respectively.
